Are the rogue drone complexes worth doing? You make money from the other complexes from the rare loot that drops, but the rogue drones drop only alloy. Do the ships in the last room of the complex drop anything besides alloy? Obviously personal effects still drop, but that hardly compares to the potential of normal plexes.

"Only" alloy? You know that stuff refines down nicely, right? :) Think of the drones as really aggressive asteroids.

They lack the 'fun' factor of the other complexes in that those at times drops interesting loot, when as with the drones you know before hand what you'll be getting. Think of it as marriage vs dating.

You can make hundreds of millions from blueprints that drop. do you make that much from alloys? Any idea how much a 6/10 complex would make you in alloys vs a normal 6/10?

Then don't do them if you aren't interested in their rewards.

You can make about the same.
Like somebody asked you before, have you even refined alloy in the past?
