Sadly with the advent of skill injectors (yes, the same ones you used to build this toon) all the old rules and marketing techniques for sales have gone to crap. In this new Paradigm your toon is worth his extraction value unless he fits a particular niche (i.e.: Max Leadership, Max Blops, huge SP numbers...so forth) so look at your toon...9.6M sp...As you know 5.5M must stay in it...so only 8 extractors can be used on it yielding 8 X .633B (roughly) = 5.04B isk.. Porkrib gave you a good offer if he's actually going to use the toon as did the others even if they are going to strip it. Simply put, you are not going to get out of it what you put into it. My advice for what little its worth, help out a bro that will actually use it like Porkrib
For my part, if porkrib isn't still wanting it I'll also offer 5.25B though for me it will just be an alt.

You can extract down to 5m so its 9 Injectors you can get, and then there is a 5m SP char you can sell for +-3b, so i would tax this in raw to 8.5, then you could add his cyber 5 skill and remaps and sec status, so 10b is maybe a bit off but for someone who wants to use the char absolut ok.

I know from reading this forum that you are much more the expert on toon recycling than I am so I wanted to thank you for the education, you taught me something today :), however on the final 3B I would say that it might take a bit to actually collect that as the forums are currently inundated with stripped toons. That old law of supply and demand comes to mind.

you must be confused.
6.8 bil max value for character. I was off by 200 mil for injector value, so my statement has still merit wow you anal retentive ****.
sell to a buyer for your toon for 5.8? again read my statement. why would I sell for less than injector value.
