Bear with me here:
I have two accounts, each one has a character on it.
Let's call them 'M' and 'J'.
J has a Pilgrim but no rigging skills.
M has lots of rigging skills, but cannot fly Amarr Recons.
J wants to fit rigs on his Pilgrim.
Is there any way that either of them can rig the Pilgrim without J having to waste a day or five training up rigging skills? And if not, wtf.

That wtf is because I don't need the spend 5 days training up Jury Rigging III and Armor Rigging IV, i've got enough things to train for. Just seems stupid, but probably because it's inconveniencing me.

I just found that 'J' had Jury Rigging II already, so it won't take as long.

Hmm, i have a question though. What happens if i get a ship already rigged by someone who has the skills (to fly the ship and to rig it), while i don't have the rigging skills. Can the rigs get offlined or i have to destroy them to be able to get in the ship?

Neither, everything will work just fine.
You will, of course, have the full 10% penalty rather than 9% at <type> rigging level 1, 8% at level 2 etc.
