In dec i was made reduntant when the company went into administration, owed ú1300.
In march i was re-employed by the same company still in administration the company is still saying that they can't pay me the money that they owe me and now they can change the details of my working contract on the fly to suit there needs without asking(IE adding more job roles) as well as inforcing rules to the point that i have to ask to use the bathroom!!
I'm seeking legal advice from a legal person on monday however just enquiring on here, if anyone knows if there is anything I can do/say to them ?

How well do you know people there and do you have any other job prospects because I think you could resign and then sue for unfair dismissel.
I'm not a lawyer though so don't take that as 100%.
[EDIT] Well...not a lawyer yet. Once I've finished this degree its CPE time or I'll do a second degree in law.

I could walk from there and start work for a number of companys almost instantly.
I know them all very well (even there familys) we were all good mates before it de-graded to "I'm boss your monkey attatude"

Simple, get another job lined up, then tell them that they get their rocks off on causing pain and suffering and quit before they can fire you.

I'm with the "quit" crowd. If they treat you like dirt, you're unhappy, owed arrears, and you have good employment prospects, just leave and get a better job.
Why did you go back to a company in administration anyhow? That can't be smart.

If you quit your job you have no chance of winning a case for Unfair Dismissal. A tribunal for Unfair Dismissal is called on when the company terminates your contract for reasons you feel are unfair.
Your best bet if you want to leave is to resign in writing, stating that the reason for your resignation is that you feel you're being victimised. Leave the company, do it by the book, and follow your company procedure, work your notice period.
After that, contact your lawyer or Trade Union representitive and file a suit for Constructive Dismissal. A Constructive Dismissal tribunal is appropriate when you leave a workplace to improve your mental and/or phyiscal health due to unnecessary stress or pressure from your position. It's also used when people feel victimised by their management or are being pressured into working outside the bounds of their contract of employment, which it sounds like you are.
