Sorry if this has been allready asked, but i wonder:
if there is a way, how to get ingame eve-music converted into mp3 format, so that i can listen to eve music from winamp, without runing eve?

either download them http://www.eve-online.com/download/music/ or record them, I don't know of any way to extract them

Dragon unpacker will extract them, then just used an audio converter that converts from ogg to mp3.

You can extract them yourself. Search EVE Files for "ExStuff" for the classic solution, and as someone mentioned, there are several other programs that can read the STUFF format as well. EVE's music is in OGG format so you will need a player/codec as well.
On the other hand, you can download my own archive. It has all of the EVE music ever released to my knowledge (beta, promos, client, and expansions) in high quality MP3 and has all the relevant tags and info.

I've not played with sound on since late 2004 I think, although I love the music the performance hit is just too much (at least it was with my old crap PC).
Now I can just listen to them on Winamp, it's so much win it's undescribable. Thank you <3

Since it seems like my collection is getting some attention I may be updating it soon with a few more fan made tracks I've run across.

I do indeed. However, it is not owned by CCP nor is it freely licensed, so I will not be including it in the collection (though it is an excellent piece).
If you are interested in finding it, the name of the track is 'Arrakis' by Black Sun Empire on their album 'Driving Insane'.

I lost my Eve Music after my mp3 drive took a unexpected dump. lost 20gb of my stuff including all my game soundtracks... TYVM for all of the eve stuff.
Now i just gotta go find all the Mechwarrior stuff :P

Actually, I have an update to my collection that I will be posting soon. I've come across a few new fan remixes and have discovered new info on some previously untagged tracks. Expect to see it in GD some time this weekend!
