Hmm I am a huge fan of these skills but I cannot find them enywhere to worship them better in my heart.
So if any can tell me if they r avaliable in-game - i would be thankfull Maybe the only possibility to acquire them is to choose them during the character creation part, i don't know so please enlighten me.
The most important question: If they r not av. so when will they be avaliable for anyone?!?
"Log-in trap" is baaad, mkay?

I have seen a post from someone claiming they received the Diplomacy skill book as a mission reward.
Since a lot of people are not turning up with this skill pack on the market, unlike most of the tech level 2 skill books. I suspect that it is a fairly rare reward, and most likely not something you get from your ôstandardö agents.
Here is my guess on how I would go about trying to obtain the diplomacy skill book.
Find a corporation in the faction you have the best standing with that tends to be diplomatic in nature rather than manufacturing, R&D, or military.
Amarr Civil service comes to mind for the Amarr, Ammatar Consulate for the Ammatar.
I am sure there are Caldari, Mimmatar and Gallente equivalents of these corporations.
Get a Level-3 agent in one of those corps and do missions like crazy. The skill book may be rewarded.
As for the Criminal connectionsà I am only aware of that skill in character creation. However, NPC Pirate agents may be the source for this skill pack if it is in the game.
