Hello I am new to the game and for some reason can't find the thread that shows the things I wish I knew.
Anyways when I first found it it mention that I shold learn the learning skill as soon as possible as it will help in in the long run as it reduces the learning time on skills. Has this proofen useful to the more season Eve players? If you know where the thread is can someone direct me in the right direction. Thanks.

best starting skill plan do is to do these first. in this order before training any other. these skills will make everything else train faster this order will also train these faster
ò Instant Recall (Memory) Level 1
ò Analytical Mind (Intelligence) Level 1
ò Learning Level 1
ò Instant Recall (Memory) Level 2
ò Analytical Mind (Intelligence) Level 2
ò Learning Level 2

Learning skills are definetly worth the time it takes to train them, having basic to lvl V and advanced to lvl IV literally cuts training time in half, depending on base attributes. This is especially useful when you have a short attention span (like me  ) and can't train a single skill longer than 2 weeks.
Kind of like the Triforce in Zelda, only not quite as potent.

Learning skills basic to 3-4 are a good start.
But tbh train first some basic gunnery/missile/drone/electronics/engineering/spaceship skills to have fun or you ll be bored before you have done learnings.
When you start doing rank 4+ skills train advanced learnings to 3-4.
Dont forget that training is real time and that you can `break off`training without penalty.
Train short skills while playing then switch to a longer one during sleep/work.

I agree. That's exactly what I've been doing.
