 Corp background:
The Three Hundred is an established corp which focuses heavily on PVPing (many old members). We recently joined SMASH alliance after pew-pewing with BoB under the ASCN flag down south. We are looking to expand our PVP ranks with some eager pilots.
 Requirements:
Teamspeak & Ventrilo. No mic, no problem, if you can only listen that's fine.
Activity every now and then.
Maturity and discipline during operations. The ability to have fun and be able to laugh at yourself and others when not on operations :¦
Self sufficiency. Corp does have a range of T1 BPOs and we offer what we can to our corpmembers.
Little experience PVPing is a plus, and the will to learn and improve is a BIG plus.
Initiative. FC skills not a requirement, every little bit helps though.
5 million SP. Some specialization would be great (Cov-ops, recons, BS, etc)
General interest in helping the corp and alliance prosper.
 What we offer:

Fun, all kind of PVP operations. Change to fly with good PVPers that know their stuff.

FAQ:
Q) Age of members?
A) Age range from 18 - retired (a.k.a. classified), most being in the 20-40 range
Q) Time zone?
A) Mix of both Europe and US, I would say about 50-50 right now. Right before and after downtime is our quietest time, and 20:00-04:00 being the most active time.
Q) What about alts?
A) If you have an isk-making alt in empire, we would appreciate if he is in a noob corp or joins your empire sister corp. We are hiring people, not part time people. We want 100% participation which benefits the corp.
Q) Mine, mine, mine?
A) Yes, you can mine as part of the self suffiency deal, but we want to see everyone out there PVPing once in a while. There will also be corp operations which we want everyone to help with.
Q) What about merging?
A) If a small/medium corp wants to join us as a whole corp, we consider every offer.
Q) What if most of my skills are industrial?
A) We are looking for PVPers, but will take in industrial characters if they fit our agenda.
