i had an idea for clones...
comeing up with a name for this skill is a tough one!
so to get to the point i would like to see a rank 8 skill with each level allows you to clone jump 1 additional time per day.
there are so many reasons to implament this skill but why would we not want this skill?

AFAIK the 24 hours limit on clone jumps is intentional ... so I really doubt we'll see a skill to shorten that limit.

I wouldn't mind having it reduced to 12 hours instead. -------------------------------------------------- #1. Pillage, THEN burn. #8. Mockery and derision have their place. Usually, it's on the far side of the airlock. |

If nothing else, an option to jump back ONCE would be a huge benefit.
When trying to move a clone to low-sec / 0.0 it is very frustrating that you loose at LEAST 24 hours worth of training with decent implants.
Maybe have it so that at level V, you have the option to make a double jump once every week or so. I understand that the 24hr is there to make it less of an instant jump all over Eve but a slight increase in the lag would be very nice!

Great idea, i consider the 24 hour timer highly annoying myself. Just one example would be my awesome talent to clonejump halfway across the galaxy, only have corpmates ask for help some hours later... and all i can say is, ask again tomorrow.

I would just make the clone jump waiting period 18 hours instead of 24 hours. At 24 hours, if you are usually on around the same time (as I am), you effectively can't jump for 2 days.

but with an open mind i do agree 18 hours would be a better time limit cuz what if you clone jump near the end of your play time that means tomarrow you have to wait till near the end of your game time to jump again or wait nearly 2 days!
all those time i clone jump away to do market stuff then corp mates ask me to join fleet opps to kill POS or dread or some big fun and im 25 jumps away.
i personaly do not know why there is a timer and it seem no one else knows the real reason!
if i knew i might be able to see the point but i would rather have the amount of jumps per day equil to a skill level!
the whole clone thing is a myth that will never be possible so why try to say something of the line of you need 24 hours to get acclamated to the new body.
i dont need 24 hours to transfer all my information from my old computer to my new super gaming computer!
does it make it so i can PVP better? i just dont get it i do not invision the reason!

hears another idea! can we have an avatar jump?
i mean you clone jump to diferent area but in a hacked or spiritual sence.
i mean you can hack through a computher to ack like your in 1 place much like remote computer operation or justify it as a gost.
this allows you to affect your reasearch or lab or market or corp hanger issues but you cant jump in a ship and fly cuz your not really there!
allow you to do this 1 to 6 or more times a day and just cloan jump the body 1 time per day is more acceptable!

um.... other than the corp hanger issues there are skills to allow remote manipulation of labs, production lines, and the market within a region - Supply Chain Management allows you to start manufacturing jobs and take delivery of completed jobs remotely. Scientific Networking allows you to initiate bpo research and copy jobs and take delivery of same remotely. There are a number of Trade related skills (Marketing, Daytrading, etc.) that allow you to manipulate your buy and sell orders remotely. At level V any of these skills allow you to manipulate the respective area within an entire region.
