I've looked through the whole site a few times and I think this is the best place to ask, beyound going to contact and asking the company directly.
I have an Old EVE Online account, I dont remember the account password, and I beleive the Email may not be what I think it is, but I remember my character name and most of the account name (Its been three years)
Is there anyway that I can get this information back? Such as EVE Emailing the account name and password to the ORIGINAL email connected too it? I beleive my old Email on AOL is the email connected to EVE as i've only made one other Email in the past years.
My Old character is Vincent Argo a Caladri Civire, I dont even want the character back, I just want the account so I dont have to pay the initial charge for the game again. I've already made a new Vincent on a Trial account (Looks better then my old grungy character to boot)
Is there anything I can do?

Sumbit a billing petition and the GMs will help you out.

DO you have the CD key or serial as this would be crucial.

I'll submit a billing petition, thanks. And No I dont have either the serial or the CD Key, its been nearly three years since I lasted played.

I had the same issue with another account.
Just petition it, and provide as much info as you can to prove it was you.
