Passive tank ? HMLs in the high, shield extenders in the mids, Shield power relays in the lows - couple other mods to fit...

How are you in a nighthawk if you dont have the faintest idea how to start fitting one?

Your OP would have consisted of the current setup you are using asking for improvements.
I'm the wrong person to complain about it, since I tend not to be on the gentle side of things often, but if you come asking for fitting advice and then tell people "I know how, thanks" it hardly comes over very friendly/inspiring.

disrupt, 2x invul, large booster, med injector
3x bcu II, dcu II, pdu II
EM rig, shield extender rig

and stop always trying to flame a dude asking for a setup, most setup threads start like this, what the op meant is ''I know how to fit mine but I'm wondering what you guys fit so i can maybe improve my setup'' any moron can see that so stop trying to murder him for some writing

Please don't troll. If you disagree with the way a poster has framed his question; either state so politely, or don't post at all.
See this thread for some suggestions on setups for the Nigthawk.
I'll add one aswell;
6x HML II, 1x Whatever
1x Invul II, 1x Passive EM Amp, 1x Medium/Large SB (Medium Pithum 4TW if isk isn't an issue), 1x Disruptor, 10mn AB
3x BCU II, 1x PDU II, 1x DCU II
Rigs:
Shield Extender and Shield Boost Cycle Reduction.
