Been running 3/10 complexes for a while. Usually walk away with about 20 or so salvage items per complex if I salvage every wreck.
Since the patch I've done four different 3/10 complexes and have ended up with less than 5 salvage items per trip. One whole room of 15+ sansha wrecks yeilded 1.. count em... 1 contaminated nanite.
Anyone else having an issue with their expected salvage returns? I've been making the majority of my cash salvaging since they put it in game, so am I screwed now, or just having a really unlucky day  ?

It's always like this, they pour it on thick on release and then sc*****it back off.

Same... nearly 12km3 in stockpile atm. Mostly cause I wait for a hauler full before I set up sales in a trade hub.
Still, the salvage rate seems off today.

Was just out ratting Sanshas tonight. Six encouters, about 10-15 items.

I've just about given up salvaging, at least at my level (which is level 2 missions and lowsec space) my second account can make more money afk mining Scordite in a .9 system in a hauler with a single mining laser than accompanying my main. Any time I save by having a second ship is squandered (and then some) by the time it takes to get "Unfortunately...." messages for 10 frigs wrecks.

ratted in providence space today. 30m isk in bounties netted me about 2m3 of salvage.

EH maybe. Ive been running lvl4 missions recently to rebuild my wallet.
I just salvage it all and throw it in one pile.
So far ive been able to make myself 3 rigs and ive got alot left over.
What ive noticed is this
Frigs: Rarely salvage anything good and if so, its not many.
Cruisers: Eh usually salvage, minor stuff.
BC: slightly better
BS's: 99% of the time get salvage and ALOT of it. Got 23 tripped power circuits and 3 melted capacitors off of on rat bs.
who knows honestly, what hasnt been acting strangly as of recent?

or actually in this case it was: pour it on thin, forget to pour it in some places, pour some more on and fill in the places they missed, then sc*****it back off.

Quite often what happens after a patch is that the drop tables for loot (and salvage, one would assume) get reset. This can result in really lousy loot (and salvage) for the next few days.
Yes, I also had lousy loot and salvage yesterday after the patch. It happens, and will sort itself out in a couple of days like it always does. Not really a big deal.
