ok, can someone please tell me what the new base cost of war dec'ing a corp is if my corp is not at war and the corp being dec'd are not at war?
I've read through about 50 posts and can't find anything. It's all on privateers.

If neither corp is at war it costs 50 million to declare and 50 million per week.

This is a copy and paste from the player guide:
'All wars that do not involve an alliance as aggressor or victim are classified as normal corporation war. Normal corporation wars cost 1,000,000 ISK * (the number of wars the corporation is currently involved in) to initiate. The update cost is the 1,000,000 ISK.'
Hopefully its up to date.

Top left, a couple down from the Item Database. Although it is quite crowded on the left. 
Once in there it was under Corp I think, although you need to read through a bit to find it. I only know because I was looking there only a few days ago.
And, I'm not sure if it is up to date or not.
