Why in god's sake is it legal to use a bunch of capital ships and go warp to 0km and bump everything from inside the pos shields, floating ships, active pilots, etc. And use this tactic to kill and steal from inside an active pos.
This game is getting crappier every day, CCP get you **** together I'm getting freaking tired of this lame game play nowadays. At least in the old days when we were war decced by a grieffer corp we were able to shoot back at them.

I agree (in theory, i've never seen this happen, but i'm sure it does) but I have to ask:

Just happened yesterday in our poses, capital ship fleet warp in bounce everything from inside the shields and steal stuff. And yeah, you can have my stuff, no value in a bunch of pixels if there is no honor involved.

Oi, no I was there first!
Seriously though, Eve is a huge game, there are aspects of it other than POS warfare. Maybe join a new corp or alliance and try your hand at something different. It's never a good thing when someone leaves the game.
If you still want to go though, get in touch.

It used to be possible to approach a tower in a pod, and board ships within 5km of you, in or outside of the shields. Was a great way to destroy every free floating ship in the POS rapidly. Just keep boarding ships...the turrets would destroy any you'd boarded.
CCP patched that though.
POS have been loaded with bugs since their release in Exodus. I once ran 2 medium towers on my own and found a plethora of bugs, which I reported, and several still exist.

AAaaaacttually...i might disagree a bit.
Let's say a graphic artist makes a picture for a new blueprint. And let's say that image takes(slow artist) 2 days to make.
Now the artist has a 2000euro sallary. Divide that by the 20 workdays he works for that sallary, get the 100euro/day and you get an estimated 200euro price for the work for that image.
NOW, let's say the image is, oh, 25x25 in size. That's 625 pixels, use that and the cost of the image(200euro for work) and you get a price of 0.32euro/pixel 
Disclaimer: Didn't take into consideration the workhours for the design of the equipment that the image is needed for or the code/implementation time for it.

Seems not, they keep doing it today and another petition say it's not petitionable.
ps- is not this particular borderline exploit that ****es me, but that eve is turning into this. 3 years ago we could go venture into 0.0, die in the process and everyone was polite and happy about it, the other day got smacked to hell in a new region just because I entered a system.

If you have a suggestion or a problem with the game you may of course bring it to people's attention and discuss it as long as it's done in a calm and constructive manner. What you did here was ranting, which is neither calm nor constructive.
