It's been over 48 hours now guys and still no answer. Come on now, check your e-mail boxes, can I get some satisfaction here?

mine has been "lost" for almost 48 hours also
i think ill wait till it hits 96 hours then file a petion under every option , then repeate every 10 min's untill i can get an answer |

In case you hadn't noticed, it's Christmas and New Year. How much time are you and your workmates putting in between 24/12 and 3/1? Well, CCP aren't around either... they take holidays too.

Whoopy took 192 hours for them to respond to one of my petitions. Yet that didn't help much either at that time.

He doesn't know, and never will. Too many people nowadays who seem totally incapable of understanding that all those other bodies in the world are also people, and also have wants, needs, feelings etc.
You expect that from a six-month-old baby. Trouble is, a lot of grown adults act like six-month-old babies a lot of the time.

How's this? The game is ****** up and it resulted in the loss of my only ship and my best modules due to a ****** up bug? Now get off your ass, earn the $12.95/month and give me some damn SUPPORT. And it better not be "sorry, but our logs don't show anything so we can't help you, but continue giving us money, we enjoy that"
If I get that answer, I'll tell em where to shove it sideways!

Hi everyone.
Hippey, while you are free to tell us whatever you want, the only thing I can say is that we will answer your petition the moment it's next in the queue.
After the trouble last weekend, our backlog has grown to over 500 cases and we are working as hard and as fast as we can to get to everyone and help them out. This is a very unfortunate scenario, not least because we were very close to clearing out the Castor backlog when this crisis hit us and now we're right back in it.
Filing multiple petitions at a time like this is a very inconsiderate thing to do to your fellow players and will not help your case at all, nor will it speed up it's handling.
We're very sorry that some of you have had to wait for a response far longer then we'd like to and we hope you bear with us while we work this out.
Thank you all for your patience and support and have a great new years eve wherever you are.

If you ask questions in that manner, the only answers you deserve are a smack in the teeth and a banning from the game.

Arkannon, I haven't submitted more then one petition regarding this issue. I am merely frustrated at the long period of no communication. I don't know if my petition even got received, and I still don't. You didn't check right? You're just assuming it's in the queue because it's a big-ass queue.

Some of the more complicated issues that are addressed in petitions require assistance from programmers or QA staff to verify or investigate. Due to the holidays, many of them are on vacation, though they have been popping in and out sporatically to lend a hand. Please be patient and rest assured that your petition will be answered as quickly as humanly possible.
