Hi, i could not connect to the game after the patch, so i uninstalled the game, and figured i re download. Well I cant even connect to eve-online.com. any sugestions? i cant downlao a new client and i cant play, its been like 2 or 3 days now. of course this happens the day after i pay to play.

Same since the 23th april 20H gmt.
Cannot connect to www.eve-online.com, secure.eve-online.com and support.eve-online.com but myeve.eve-online.com is ok (but lagy cause portraits doesn't load).
After try and try and try, petition today (launched from my job). Waiting for answer.
Note that some cox provider users in USA have the same pb.
Personaly, it's from France - Club-Internet.

Same problem at work. Day after patch none of the computers at work can connect to EVE. At home works fine. I tried direct connect to the server IP, that doesn't work either. Ping and Tracert for the IP work though. It seems like a client bug of some sorts.

BTW, i asked a co worked to test it and he could see the server before patch, the Auto-Updater worked and after the update finished, he could not see the server anymore.

same problem 2 Computers on Network can find the server and connect 1 cannot.
problem seems to be with My Vista Machine which can't Traceroute or Ping the server yet the Comp nexst to it running win XP has no troubles. Wireless laptop also has no problems.
I had a petition in for this but it was answered that is was basically my networks fault and not the client. Which of course is bunk as the Other network Comps Work fine just the one I use the vast majority of the time that doesn't connect to the Servers period.

Have you updated your firewall setting. When eve updates it changes the exe file. The firewall needs to be told that eve is ok to let though.
