So today at 05:11 GMT CCP decides to reboot the server to fix some database issues. Fair enough. So i decide to try and get to station in my ishtar to dock up to make sure i dont have any issues when loggin in. Low and behold at a gate i get the cluster shutdown message and my connection is terminated. Oh well but then i notice that it says tranq is still up just losing players slowly.
So 2 and a half minutes after i get kicked i log back in to find myself in my pod and my ishtar wreck on the gate along with 3 frig rats and a cruiser rat. Now im just wondering the possibility of me getting this reimbursed when the server finally comes back up? This is my third loss due to something similiar and both times CCP turned me down for reimbursement. This is getting ridiculous...

Hmn... Tuff ? I guess if it had happened to me a 3rd time and they still don't reimburse me , I guess I would have to terminate the game and say " Nice Knowing Ya '. Yes ! I see that it would be unfair , especially when it's not your decision to simply disappear. Yes ! they gave 10 minute " WARNING ", it also depends if you were close enough to a base to dock as well/,. Either way I should believe you should get reimbursed! but rember I am not given that power to do so!

if you file a petition you will most likely be reimbused. HOWEVER filing a petition will take 6-8 weeks, so if you are expecting the money any time soon, then no.

god damn! So my char is like 10 months old... and one of my skills just finished 5:10 eve time - and since 5 I can't log in to do anything about it! Damn, I so hate loosing SP due to CCP fvck ups!

I don't have to explain to u why I so desperately need even such small amount of SP... I don't have to explain why losing SP not because of my fault is smth I don't like...

You should set a longer skill, then you won't have to worry about losing SP.
Its your fault if you don't set a longer skill, expect 3 hours every day after downtime. If you do 3 hours and it takes longer then 3 hours, then you only lose that time.
It is your fault, considering you know the exact time the server will go down each and every day.
