Ok i've been looking at all the setups and using quick fit alot and i have come up a setup that i think will work for lvl 3 and 4 missions. I want to be able to have solid cap with out injector and be able to tank. I would like to see feed back with good reasons behind them, I'm a noob so give me information and be gentel .
High:
7x Quad Modulated Light Energy Beam I
1x improved Cloaking Device II
Med:
1x 10MN AB II
1x Fleeting Webber
2x Eutectic CR
Low:
1x MAR II
2x Rat Spec Hardener (or more if needed)
1x DC II
2X Beta Reactor CPRs
5x Hammered II
Rigs:
Auxiliary Nano Pump I
Cap Control circuit I
Energy Collision Accelerator I
With MAR off and all modules on cap is solid at about 70%. With MAR on and AB, web off cap is solid at 50%. So lit me know the good the bad and the ugly of this setup.

hey
pretty decent setup but don't know why you put the cloak on?
also you won't be able to do level 4's in this.
maybe replace the cloak with a nos.

Assume the cloak is for low-sec mission running, but unsure how much it'll help you. You might consider using Heavy Pulse Guns instead, and if you can fit some cap-rigs, you should be able to drop at least one CPR and add a damage modifer.

1 MAR is not gonna be nearly enough in most lvl 4 missions. You'll be dead before you can even kill one scrammbler.

Sorry i forgot to put my rigs in its now updated. and why wouldnt one MAR 2 work in lvl 4 if my resists are high enough?

what shoudl i trade the cloak out for and what would be a better lows config?
