Thank you for the bids, but the pricing you've offered barely meets how much we paid a year and half ago. Thank you for your interest. |

since the last bid was thrown after the end of the bidding period, perhaps it's fair to have at least an hour pass by until I contract to Soldier. If anyone is interested, this is the chance. |

Hello there.
I'm looking at you blueprint but i think the price might be to high due to this: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=51219&find=unread
It does negative margin so 5,8bill ISK might be a bit to high? |

Thank you for the interest. I see that a lot of folks here at M&D and Sell Orders have been using break-even point analysis as a way to figure out whether the investment is sound or not. It makes perfect sense in a normal business sense, but I believe it's not the most sound way to perform the analysis for T2 BPO sales. Unlike in the real world where initial capitals used are expensed at its early stage or the equipment purchased are depreciated, worn out, and eventually lose its marketable values, the T2 BPOs will most likely retain its initial value for many years (and a higher chance that the values of these BPOs will rise thanks to "collectible elements." If the buyer deems that it takes too long to "break-even" with the BPOs, he can still be assured of the fact that these BPOs will retain their value and he will be able to liquidate them in a matter of days. |
