Hi
Is the cloak skills bugged?
I have Cloaking Skill at level 4
Covert Ops at level 3
bought the Covert Ops CLoaking tech2 module
and a Buzzard, but i cant fit the cloaking device on my buzzard. Isent the Covert Ops skill supposed to lover the CPU need?
the reason i cant fit it, is it needs 10000 Cpu.. so if this thing isent supposed to be used on a buzzard, what ship is it for and what should i use on a buzzard?

Covert Ops Cloak needs Cloaking at Lvl4 if I remember correctly.
Covert Ops Cloak
And Covert Ops skill needs to be at Lvl 4 to allow anything else to fit, have you got a probe launcher on there?

The CPU reduction bonus isn't applied till you try and fit the cloak. Just drag it into your high-slot on the fitting screen and it should apply the bonus and fit on fine.

i got cloaking at level 4 and i dont have anything else
and as i said covert ops at level 3...
.

You have to fit it to the ship before the CPU reduction takes place.

Try actually fitting it ON the ship. If its on the ship, and you get the message saying you dont have enough CPU to online it, then Id be concerned. Bonuses to fitting requirements from skills/ship bonus arent applied till the module is actually on the ship. The numbers on the fitting screen when you mouse over the mod are never 100% accurate even under the best of circumstances.
Just plug the thing in and be done with it.
