Considering Selling this project pilot.

So he's currently sitting 20m SP above his age.

Just a question to ask though.
What makes you feel this character is worth 55 bil ISK?
Prior to skill injectors, the going rate for pilots was the cost of 1 PLEX for every 2 million SP (the amount you can train in a month with perfect remap and +5 implants), plus skillbooks plus a few billion for profit for the seller.
Based on todays value for PLEX, that would be 32 PLEX (rounding up), plus about 1 billion for Skill books (again rounding up).
That would work out at roughly 33.5 bil pus your profit of a few billion.
Skill extractors/injectors have driven the price that a character is worth UPWARDS from the old sale price, yet you are asking 8-9 billion over the extractor/injector price.
I am just wondering how you came to/expect this value for the character...
(don't reply here as I wouldn't want ISD to lock the thread for excessive bumping over the 1 per day limit - if you want to answer though, feel free to mail me)

Hey,
Thanks for the input, you make some great points.
Basically I've gauged market value by looking at other pilot sales.
What i see: 1m SP Gëê 0.8b isk. Granted, its a rough guesstimate.
(I have no idea what forces are creating the market value,
but It sure seems to have gone up since i sold a 120m SP toon for 80b a couple of years back)
Then i've factored in that this pilot has:
- never joined a player corp
- never been on any type of kill mail.
- never injected or trained a skill related to Industry.
Its a focused fresh slate and I'm aiming at a buyer that appreciates that effort.
Player history on purchased pilots has always bugged me.
Hopefully I'm saving someone time and effort in re-rolling.
If he fails to sell... i get to keep him. win win. 
Please gods of ISD don't lock thread. I felt everyone deserved to see the answer.

Im not sure how any of that apply's? if i inject a alt/new char it will have the same attributes?
your also not taking into account, buying a char with 60m + sp with no billboard / corp history will be flagged as a spy no matter what half decent corporation your try and join.

Hey Miaaa,
You makes some interesting points.
The spy one is a little puzzling. Surely any character bought on the forums is going to be a suspect spy.
Unless you plan to pass off the pilot history as your own and hope they don't check.
The injection argument doesn't add up either.
Math time:
5m, (5/.5) = 10 injectors
5-50m, 45/.4 = 112.5 injectors
50-64m, 13/.3 = 43.3 injectors
(assuming injectors cost 666m)
Total = 165.8 injectors x 0.666b isk = 110.4 billon isk to inject to 63m SP
Its early morning coffeeless math so appologies if I'm off. Correct me if I'm wrong.
You can mitigate some of the costs by training all the alpha skills, maybe pulling skills from that mining alt. or even finding a cheap base pilot to purchase from the forums as a starting point.
Bear in mind these options take time and effort.
If skill spread, a lengthy corp history and abysmal kill ratio don't bother you, there
should be plenty of bargains around.
