The selling price of a cloak is around 26m now, or will have dropped to that or below by the time these get built. That means total sales from this BPC are around 1.3b.
The cost of building a Cov Ops Cloak II are 1-2m each (depending on if you buy/build your own Proto Cloaks), so that's 50-100m to build.
Why aren't you accepting 1b isk for it? That only leaves 200-250m profit for a BPC that would take about 10 days to build in a POS.

I dont want to sell this bpc for starting bid. If anyone would came with more then starting bid i would have sold it. Reserve i was thinking was 1050M or 1100M. Also i talked with many people and they told me that this bpc worth arround 300M and that pised me off..I want to sell this for 1100M but nobody seems to want it..
