Looking for a striped (low skills) female Gallente character. Please check carefully the fellowing requirements and make your offer. I'm a serious buyer and ISK are ready for quick purchase.
REQUIREMENTS
- Female (I do NOT care about aesthetics)
- DECENT name (must look 'normal', and start with capital letters)
- 2008 or older (I might consider 2009)
- Striped or low skills (i dot NOT want to play for any skills, only for an old date of creation)
- Limited employment history (very important: no more than a few)
- Given the choice, I'd prefer a Gallente sub-race

I've got most of what you want.
-Female
-Decent name
-2008
-Low skills (with a 1.2M unallocated SP bonus)
-No history
Plus four remaps and maybe a respec (I'd have to check) with only the 2008 starter skills injected.

Faydhe. Thanks for you offer. Nice toon, but as stated, I wish to pay only for a date, not the SP. My budget is only 2.0B, for a 'dormant' char that someone would have forgotten somehow.

You understand that it costs 2 plex too transfer a char?
2b means some1 is loosing isk too help you out.

In General old clean Characters are sold for 3B+ (depending on the Age). Maybe you should raise your Budget at least to this point, as it costs a lot to Transfer a Character to another Account nowadays. :-)

Here's the thing. I sell characters regularly and often have four or more that I have to keep caught up on here in the forum.
For every one I say, "send me an offer", I get twenty replies saying "wat u want fer ur toon" or asking me to log in for a "discussion".
It's pretty simple. Send me a mail with an offer. If it's agreeable I sell you the character. If it's not, I don't sell you the character. If it's close, I will then be willing to negotiate. If I want to dump a character fast or I'm willing to take a low-ball offer, I will post in one of the reseller threads.
Sorry if I seem harsh, but it gets really tiring after a while that people can't follow a simple request.

Hi, what about me.
Born in 2010 so not as old as you wish.
However been in 1 corp only. Have just shy of 600k sp which is literally just cyno skills.
-1.9 sec however but never shot a rat so my standing is as default as a starter char.
