Like a lot of people in Eve I have quite a few accounts, and splitting ISK between them all gets annoying after a while. Especially logging in toons specifically to transfer some ISK, before logging it out and logging another back in again.
I'd quite like to see a feature akin to corporation wallets, where you can create a wallet, and grant specific people access to it whether they are in your corporation or not. It would be nice to be able to share my ISK between all accounts simultaneously, without any single account being required to store the bulk of my assets. |

it would be nice...
but really, this is why it's simple to make your own corp. put all your toons in there and share the wallet.
you can even rent a corp hangar so all your physical assets are shared.
if you join another person's corp you can ask a director to make you your own corp wallet division that all your toons will have access to.

However having all your toons in one corp that you have wallet access to is not really feasible unless you are a solo carebear :( As for asking a director, when you have tens of billions of ISK it probably isn't a good idea lol. I mean I rarely have that much liquid ISK at a time, but even leaving 3-4b in a wallet that others could access isn't ideal.
It's unfortunate, but we've had cases of corp theft even involving alliance founders occur before. If everyone with alts created a wallet division like the one suggested the amount that could be stolen would be immense, creating personal shared wallets would be much simpler and less risky.
It also encourages alts, which CCP ought to like since they get twice the subs :D |

that's true.
i thought up a concept of a new eden bank run by concord awhile back.
the initial purpose was to target inflation using real world monetary policy
it could be expanded to accommodate people wishing to share bank accounts. the bank would probably take a cut, as with most things in game, but it would at least allow a mechanism outside of corporations to share assets. |

+1. can only see benefit to it.
an alternative would be the option to "take" money from your others chars instead of only being able to give it away.
possibly refine the topic headline? "shared wallet for all characters on the account / simplified isk transfer"

I'd like to see an option to fully combine the assets of characters, making a single wallet and assets for the entire set of accounts. With the exception of active ships one character's assets would be indistinguishable from another. This would only make using multiple accounts more convienient and not change anything in game.
Also a disputable point is to give access to shared planets and industrial jobs. This might have too great a benefit for macro-industrials but would help any multiboxer or someone who just uses extra character slots for extra planets. |
