I am Alpha clone and i bought my first Plex with isk.
Now..
I activate it with wrong option ! (multiple character training i think).
(I only have 1 character and 1 accont)
what can I do to clear up the mistake?

That's a good question and strange that it's even possible.
Best approach is to login to your account management and submit a support ticket in the support section.
Then just be patient. CCP have been pretty good lately at getting to tickets quickly, but don't be surprised if it takes a few days. They'll sort it out for you.
Edit:
The above is working on the assumption that the game is still saying you are an Alpha, not an Omega. If it's changed your status to Omega (try logging out and in again just to be sure), then there's no real issue. |

mmmm the multi training certificate lets you train 2 character (not sure if even the third one, or if for that you need another multitraining certificate) at the same time on the same account.
i wouldn't start the second character training if i were you... so that ccp can actually check that it was an error and not you trying to scam them  |

If any character on the account is paying for training it must be an Omega account! This would have been a non-issue before Ascension so it's probably a bug they just haven't encountered before. |

Well, first of all definitely wait for an answer to the support ticket before doing anything else. If you only have 1 account with 1 Character then I see no reason for CCP not to turn your Alpha Character into an Omega Character.
Now about your question of how this mistake could help you. Each account has 3 Character slots available. Only one Character per account can have an active skill queue. Currently you only have 1 Character created on your account. If you created another Character on that account then you could have both Characters training skills for 30 days. However I don't know if the Multiple Character Training will apply to Alpha accounts.
The only positive aspect of having Multiple Character Training is, for example if you have 1 Character in Factional Warfare and another Character in Manufacturing and Market trade, you can then have both Characters on the same account training skills. Unfortunately only 1 Character per account can be logged into the game. To have multiple Characters logged into the game at the same time requires multiple accounts.
Last but not least, only 1 Alpha Character can be logged into the game at a time. Even if you have multiple Alpha accounts. Also you can not log in an Alpha Character and an Omega Character at the same time. Only Omega Characters on multiple accounts can be logged into the game at the same time.
To the best of my knowledge that's how the account system works. If I'm wrong about something I'm sure other players will correct me.

Weird one this you cant do it on a same machine you can log em on different one i have no issues login my omegas on desktop and scout trade haul on my alpha on laptop ez-pz restriction does not apply like it would if i wanted em all on desktop.

I made the same mistake once. I filed a petition right away and CCP fixed it for me. |

PLEX/account stuff gets high priority from CCP. They are super good about it. I once applied a plex before I had gotten the content pack for that toon applied so the 20 extra days you get form the content pack was no longer valid and they fixed it for me. For account issues they have been superb.
Have you heard anything I've said?
You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right?
