Considering the much lower price of Cerbs these days, i've considered taking one into PvP.. If I did, i'd almost certainly use HAMs, and only use it for gang support. It needs it's mids for tanking, and so if you don't have to tackle it'll work much better.
Bear in mind that of all the HACs, this one probably has the weakest tank (Vaga is usually speedtanked), and the lowest dps (except the Sacrilege), and these two factors to not a good PvP HAC make. I'm pretty sure than an Eagle will serve you better. My Beagle has 350dps and tanks like I can't even describe, and I can't wait to put it in a PvP situation.

It could work but you have 3 em resistance mods, pulling your em resist to about 75%? while your explosive is 60, rather go with 2 em rigs and 1 invuln, also cerberus isn't very good for what you're planning on dong ie solo belt piracy I think?
What you want is a partner, a crow or something, then you warp in at 100km mwd around, spitting missiles. This makes a good combination in the sense that you have range as tank and slowly wear the opponent down, if local starts to rise you can always get out.
Your setup can work but in very few situations, you can take out anything smaller than a bc, but once you go higher solo will be near impossible.
You might want to consider the drake, it's much better at tanking and does similar damage, but if you're bent on the cerb go wtih something like 100km range (sensor booster and a few dmg mods)
Also what you might want to look at is a damp setup, but watch out for your cap you can't keep many damps and disruptors going forever

I use this ship because i have hac at lvl5...for small gang of 4-5 ppl...
unfortunately drake is too slow to allign :( and...
this ship goes up to 1.8 k/s with some implants, so i can keep most BC, Hacs and Cruisers at 19-24 km range ...
