Like the title says,
I need two of the following..
This is the character description that Im looking for.
Details: I need a exhumer character who can really suck up the ore, he doesnt have to have any refining skills, just good mining skills both with regular ore and ice. I will be putting him on a hulk so tanking skills are necessary.
SP's req: 10-15mil SP's
Price range: 1.5 - 2-+bil - Depends on the skills
Side note: ships/items are not necessary.

Doesnt have Exhumers, but does have freighters and barge.

I have a 18m sp toon with:
Gallente Industrial 5
Mining Barge 5
Exhumers 5
Mining 5
Astrogeology 5
Science 5
Industry 5
Refining 5
Refining efficency 5
and lots of other stuff a litle less relevent to your needs.
All he needs to get a frieghter is the skill, all he needs for tech 2 crystals is the specific skill.
