Before I could complete a trade between my 2 characters my computer crashed. After rebooting and logging back in to both accounts, all the items that were in the trade box are now missing and neither character has the items (Raven and several T2 items). I filed a petition but was curious to know if this has happened to anyone before or if anyone has heard of this?

hm... odd... u would think if u didn't hit the trade button the items would revert back to your hangars again.
Atleast ccp should be able to track the items, hehe mebbe someone else in that station had suddenly and magically have a T2 fitted raven appear in his hangar and doesn't even know it yet.
Anyways hope they can find it for u, would be a horrible bug.

Check assets for a "Trade Session" container. They can be valuable, I'm told.

Had it happen to me, petitioned it and got the stuff back. It puts it into limbo once it goes into trade so if you have a crash (or a node death) it disappears. GM found what stuff was missing and put it where it needed to be.

That's good to know. Hope they can find my stuff too. Thanks for the info.

I had this happen to me last night, so I've created a petition. Thank God for the forums - at least I have a chance of getting my things back. My machine crashed during a trade and it's all gone, even after downtime - I saw now missing trade container yet either. Thanks for posting this Raistlin.
