anyhow, i wanna keep this short as i can.
with the 2 blaster/2 nos setup, would it be better to use a mwd or ab? also, would it be better to use a 20/24k scram or a 7.5/9k scram

Whats the rest of your setup like? Will the cap hold if you get an mwd?
Generally, if you go with blasters, i'd say mwd. But personally i'd go with rails and ab.

well, currently its a
2x electrons 2x small dim nos
mwd, web, scram (20k)
small rep, energized reactive and dmg control
(all the useful part t2)
if im not been nossed, the caps fine aslong as i dont leave the mwd on. just wondered if it was a better idea to drop the mwd, maybe fit a 24k scram and try upgrade to ions.

now nowhere did I say that it fit - all I said was it was my favorite setup for a Ishkur
AEH II = Armor Explosive hardener II
and actually my setup is very close to it.

High: 3 x 125mm Railgun II (spike)
Med: 1mn MWD, 20k warp scrambler, Webber
Low: DMG II, Exp hardner II, SAR II
Rails are alot better on ishkur.

IMO... 125s for solo, light neutrons for gang.
If using blasters, you gotta have a mwd though. Pretty much only reason you shouldn't have a mwd on your Ishkur is if you're running missions with it.
