I'm guessing this handles the chat channels and as its trying to load 3 channels every time i change session, it gives me 3 pop-ups. This issue is pretty serious CCP and it needs resolving ASAP. Those who logged in before the trouble are fine so best advice.. don't log off. When you're out in the middle of an op and all of a sudden your gang dies, it's a pain. Besides, who belt pirates any more?
