Your brain while quite capable of performing many tasks is still recovering from the ardor of your last skill learning. Please let your neural receptors rest for up to a minute before training again.
Switched (Or tried to) about 40 mins ago now and I still can't train!!
Logged a petition but no reply as yet!
Any ideas?

If this is an error with the game then you'll get your SP reimbursed. Eventually.
So don't worry too much about it.

Eh? I'm pretty sure that error only shows up when a skill finishes and you currently have nothing training.

Well still no joy.
Can't "stop training" as I am not currently training
Fingers crossed DT solves it and I get my lost SP back.

You haven't lost an implant body recently have you and continued to train at the accelerated pre implant pace?

Wait what?! We can petition to get SP's back because skill wasn't training?! Oh joy! I can get at least 1 month back to each chars because I forgot to change skill or overslept change time

no - he's not training due to a bug (at least we assume)
I got the error yesterday when my ship was jumping while I changed skill... I waited for new system to load and I could start training again without any trouble.
