Podruski Reflex.	Posted - 2007.05.02 05:12:00 - [1] Dominix + Falcon + sentries vs. Megathron + zealot + drake: I cloaked 80kms off the gate in my falcon and waited for the fools to return to their sport of ganking haulers. It took about 15 damn minutes, but finally they came to a gate, and some ******** in a prophecy jumps through. HAHAHA. Whatever, I warp to the gate in my dominix sitting 15 AU's away, and uncloak my Falcon, 80kms off the gate. The megathron is jammed. As I come out of warp with my dominix, and begin to lock the zealot, he warps off.. So I lock the megathron, and mwd onto him. He dies ofc. So I have a little pvp buzz going as it is my first fight in a while. Im looting the cans, when mid loot, "Connection Lost". /me Oh you **** can't be *** serious you ccp *s. I attempted to log back on about 4 times, all failing with connection loss. Then, after forever, I get back into the game, and come out of warp ontop of the veto zealot, stealing my Ogre II's from the previous fight. Scrambled.... kablooom after a valiant attempt to kill me. Not... Oh well, anyway, I begin to loot the zealot, and pull in my drones. Can anyone guess what comes next? "Connection Lost". /me I **** swear you CCP *******got *s I will castrate you. After about 4 more tries, I get a little peak as to whats going on... 2 more battleships, a myrmidon, and a falcon have arrived at the scene to bail out their veto counterparts. I lock up the myrmidon who is ontop of me and begin to engage him. I see myself get jammed, and then... "Connection Lost". /me *** THIS, walked outside." I quickly remembered my pod, and came back to the computer. After about 10 tries to log in, and clearing of my cache, I finally log in just in time to see Veto and Genos finish off my pod, with a full low-grade slave set. ^^ CCP 4tw? nahh... nerf domi. Whatever, enjoy, and goodfight to the 10 guys who partook in the killing of my domi and pod ____________________________________________ www.reflex.griefwatch.net Pirating sucks.

I lost a myrmidon and a kestrel because of connection lost while in combat, I'm petitioning the myrmidon loss. It seems like its been going on all day for many people, I hope they refund those losses because they didn't post any warning about any server problems they were having today.

Log, Lag, or not, nothing would have saved you. Oh and Veto probed down, killed and podded your falcon alt when you attempted to log him off in a safe a bit later. I am curious why none of these kills and loses have been posted to your board. Especially the Zealot kill because it is not up on Veto's board. ------

Logi3 Veto. Veto Corp	Posted - 2007.05.02 08:15:00 - [6] First off, why does it matter if 1 VETO or 100 VETO kill a target? If theres a gang of 10 VETO and your caught on your own, thats tough. Theres no law that you have to keep to a 2:1 ratio is there? If you d/c your pod would of instantly warp out of the area apon the destruction of your ship. If any pirate corp kills someone with more ships then them there a n00b corp?.

Torhas Veto.	Posted - 2007.05.02 10:18:00 - [13] Just for clarification: Podruski's Domi, his alt's Falcon, and the sentry guns killed a Veto Mega. Sentries aren't on the killmail for some reason, and the Proph that you used as your bait (unknowing to him), his killmail seems to have been lost in the shuffle too. No Veto Zealot was destroyed to my knowledge. Your Domi, Falcon and pod were destroyed after multiple disconnects.

We had a Mega on the gate, engaging a prophecy. You warped in and engaged him after parmajamming him with your alt's Falcon. From there, he died to a Nos Domi, nothing surprising there, it happens day in day out. Especially coupled with the fact he was permajammed by a Falcon. A couple of our guys come in to help him, probably after he said he was permajammed, in a Zealot and Myrmidon, several others arrive late just as your ship is going down. When it hits structure you appear to us, to log to save your pod. There were also 6 people involved in the death of your Domi, not ten. If you're in doubt have a look at the loss we have posted for your ship. From speaking to people in the engagement you also cloaked your alt, and warped him off before logging him in a safe. Probes went out and pods/recons with aggro timers were cought. As far as I'm aware, talking to 15 people from the corp online at present, we didn't lose a Zealot, and there's no killmail on your killboard to back it up. IF we did, and if you have it, please forward it to me in an Eve-Mail so I can add it to our losses, the pilot who was flying a zealot in the engagement is offline at present. There's also no lossmails posted on your own board regarding the engagement for a Domi, Falcon and some pods, we're happy to provide them if you've misplaced them. In summary, you talk crap to us in local whenever you seem to get the chance and play peekaboo at the docking ramp, so it's not surprising that people think "hmm yeah, I'll join up to go kill that guy for a laugh". Then when you do kill one of us, there's a post on Eve-O about it. We had a rough night on the whole, after a group returning from a run out ran into a small gatecamp and we lost 4 battleships, two due to buggy session change crap and lag. Still, you don't see the corp in question chestbeating here, they know us, we know them. Win some, lose some. >>> THE BEAUTY OF NEW EDEN <<<

I had a CTD some time ago while i was in a belt ratting, and my ship stayed there. When i managed to finally log back in my pod was still in the belt next to the wreck of the battleship. And i wouldn't be surprised if CCP told the OP in the GM response to "go away". They are somewhat notorious about reimbursements lost in PVP.
