I was wondering since I am heading for the Eos, what would it be capable with gang assist modules and such, I can't get the bonus numbers straight:
Let's say I got the Eos, which needs the skill warfare link specialist to level 4 and I also have the skill armored warfare specialist to level 4 (level 1 is needed for the module)
"Gang Assist Modules"
- armored warfare link - damage control - 2% bonus (from the module itself) - 40% bonus (from the warfare link specialist skill) - 400% bonus (from the armored warfare specialist skill) --------------------------------------------------------- Let's say my cap cycle usage is 400 cap, what will it be now?
- armored warfare link - rapid repair - 2% bonus (from the module itself) - 40% bonus (from the warfare link specialist skill) - 400% bonus (from the armored warfare specialist skill) --------------------------------------------------------- Let's say I have a repair cycle of 3.6, what will it be now?
- armored warfare link - passive defense - 2% bonus (from the module itself) - 40% bonus (from the warfare link specialist skill) - 400% bonus (from the armored warfare specialist skill) --------------------------------------------------------- Let's say i got a 80% overall resistance, what will I have now?
Then there is the armored warfare mindlink which has: 50% increase in command bonus 50% increase to armored warfare skill effectiveness
What would my numbers be then?

With everything maxed out to lvl 5 and implant and correct ship you will give bonus of 25,875%. (Counting gang mods that give 2%/level)
In case of information warfare and the Eos you have 3%/level on gang mods and it is higher. But so far information warfare is the least in demand. I run Armoured warfare on my Eos with implant and it gives 22,5% with max levels to all armoured gangmods.
I recommend you max the leadership skills. It gives way more than the puny ship bonus. Even if you have command ship5.
Morale issues is solved with a bullet... |

Yup.
Command ships level 5 gives me a 15% boost to my bonus, bringing it from 33% to 37.5% and from 22% to 25%. Useful, but not essential.
Maxed out skills ftw.
