Can you confirm the current highest bid?
Also as people seem to have taken advantage of the flaw in eve-o with regards to editing times being 3-4 minutes behind post creation times can you clarify if bids are edited then they are not valid?
I just edited this post as an example)

As far as I can see it's 18b from Allen Caine which is the last valid bid since the ones after were too late or very cheaply edited. (auction ends at 23:00 means till 23:00:59 seconds for the ones under the impression that 23:00 is 22:59 :P )

Good questions. I don't see any reason to accept edited bids when there is a sniper rule in effect. As to the last legitimate bid, in light of the extension, I see little reason not to count William Conrad as highest current bidder. I've received two higher post-original-cut-off time in-game offers, but as per the original post, I'm not accepting anything not posted publicly here.
