How mucht money will you get per lvl 4 mission ?
(count in loot and money for killing and then count in the amount the mission is worth)
and how mucht time does it take to do a lvl 4 mission ?
(from begining to end)

I once made the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs. That was a level 4 mission at the time. I ended up owing my agent 50,000 ISK, though. We worked it out in trade. HTH.

OP,
It completely depends on the mission you are assigned, what sucurity level you're doing the mission out of, whether you salvage, and whether you try to get top dollar for the items you loot/salvage or simply accept the current high buy order.
In Guristas Extravaganza, out of a 0.9 security system (if memory serves me right) I got about 2 million ISK from my agent, about 16M ISK in bounties (might have been a bit more), about 20M ISK in salvage, and about 4 or 5 million more in looted items. That is a big mission and took me a while to run.
In a more recent mission I ran I got paid about 1.6M ISK from my agent, maybe 6M ISK in bounties, about 6M in salvage, and a couple million in loot.
You then have to factor in the storyline missions you get every 16 and the reward from those, which adds to your overall average. And lastly you get the loyalty point offers, which also add in to your overall average.

Its worth checking out the Missions Section of these forums or failing that asking in the in-game LVL4 channel which is full of level 4 mission runners. Asking for a "Quick Answer" about level 4 missions in the General Section of the forums is an invitation to flame.

Some widely variable amount, depending on which mission, how you DO the mission, the quality of the agent you get the mission from, and any number of other things.
Do you kill everything even if it's not required to complete the mission? Do you come back and salvage (as well as loot) all the wrecks? Some missions have whole deadspace areas you don't even have to enter to complete the mission.
and how mucht time does it take to do a lvl 4 mission ?

As with above, as much as you take. Some missions are relatively simple, and if you rush through them and loot but don't salvage, the time may be far less than if you get one of the 5-deadspace zones, full of 20-30 required-kill enemies in each zone, 100 km distances to cover missions, and you do all the kills and salvage. If you run into a really tough mission, you might find yourself repeatedly entering an area, killing a few enemies, then running away to regen shields before coming back. That can take what seems like forever. You might even find first kill wrecks fading out at the 1-2 hour mark before you finish killing, though that'd be a bit rare. Before you can actually salvage them, that might happen, though.
All this is to say, you asked a question equivilent to 'How high is up?'. Meaningless. The only answer anyone can give you is 'on average, more than the same mission at level 3 will give you.' Random loot drops mean you might get average nothing-much loot, or several drops of million isk specials.

well sorry for asking then i was just trying to find a fast answer for a freind that was wondering if mining would give more money then mission running and he was wondering if he would make way more on lvl 4 missions then i did with mining since i right now beat him with about 5-8 times his what he makes a day
but if some one can give a avrg answer plz do take avrg on everything dont count in loot and you kill all you meet during missions

Unfortunately, there are too many variables (such as agent quality, mission, sec status, etc) for a definitive answer)
For example, for an agent in 0.5 space with a L4 Q16 agent you can expect between 800k-2.8mill in reward plus bonus and between 700-5k in loyalty points per mission.
Courier missions tend to give lower rewards and LP. And it's very difficult to give an overall view of bounties due to the large differences even in L4's of the amount of NPC's and ship types.

in simple isk/hour terms, in hi-sec, if you fly anything less than a hulk to mine with, making at least 6 million in an hour (usually more if done solo) from a L4 mission (bounties + reward) will always bring in more isk faster.
as a point of reference, i can fill a jetcan in about 45 min solo. a hulk can easily double that. and on average, i would estimate a jetcan full of hi-sec ore can be worth about 3 to 4 million. of course, if you can get ahold kernite or omber (depends on which empire you are in), that number will go up.
