Ok, i'm new. Really new.
I'm a 1M sp Gallente/Intaki player, no PvP experience whatsoever, mostly doing solo agent missions, and i'm getting a bit bored.
Most of my sp r in learning, navigation and electronics, and in the near future i am thinking of combat training.
I wonder if there's a corp out there, interested in new blood...

There are probably dozens of corporations out there looking to get new players in and teach them the ropes. Lots of very experienced and knowledgeable folks as well. My only suggestion for that is to talk to them, get to know a bit more about them and see if what they offer fits what you are looking for.

Ophius,
"EVE University" corp might be worth looking into. 
They have a fine reputation for training newer pilots in many fields.

A lot of opportunities, especially EVE University is suposed to be good.

Although I am not involved in our cartels pvp at all, I can vouch for their ability.
Sorry for the big picture btw, it was the only on I could find that they have been using for recruitment.
anyway Join the channel IHATALO CARTEL and have a chat with the guys there, as im sure you would not only be a welcomed new member, but also very impressed by the way the group actually does its operations.
EXTREMELY organised, I think they are what you are looking for.
Speak to Manduin, he runs the fleet and can give you the run down on how it works there.
