Sniper rule means that the auction stays up 10min after the last bid. The auction time was up before your bid Great Architect, sorry.

PP, look at the edit times of GA's post.
first edit 22:01:11
so the original post had been up showing 22:00 probably, meaning it would have been in time for a valid bit. it is less likely to post, and reedit within less than 11 seconds.
up to you to decide, i won't tell what i would do, because i don't know it yet. maybe prolong the auction or declare one winner. If you look at edit times it was most likely GA, but maybe only because everyone thought his bid was invalid, which is not probable.
