In the end of last year we were looking for new adventures and we heard of the lame Privateer Alliance..
What was lame about them we thought, they got 30 wars and that rocks..
So we joined them and was absolutely thrilled about the action we got there..
The first 2 months was awesome with Bydi stepping forward as a inspiration to many which we saw on our recruitment post with almost 60 interviews just by me..
We heard many times that we suddenly sucked at pvp since we joined pew pew..
But other good corp`s came after us..
Kemono, X13,Captain Morgan Society ++++ and suddenly people started fighting us instead of flying around smacking us in local..
But everything comes to an end and Bydi have decided to move on and keep rocking Eve in other ways..
A long and faithful partnership with Privateers have costed quite some isk and spread us all over Eve but im sure there are no hard feelings against us for getting back together and going back to our roots..
We left behind us 6753 kills and lots of fun for our opponents..

We want to thank the leadership in Privateers for providing us a great start to 2007 and wish them the best of luck with the alliance..
A special thank goes to Surrep..A leader i admire..
BYDI leaving Privateers dont mean YOU are safe..
We will do as always and find someone to terrorize like we know how to..

OK, as my sig makes it obvious, I'm a total noobcake.. I thought Privateers was a BYDI invention.. 
Ugluuk, who was it who came up with the orginal Privateers concept? It was a great idea.. and though I've never had any dealings with privs or BYDI, I know a few alliance mates have had good fights with yourselves, which is always heart warming.

Infinity Zinoa created Privateer Corp, Surreptitious took over PRIVS late 06 due Zinoa having RL problems getting to EVE. Surrep Formed the Privateer Allaince in late 06, naming myself and Le Skunk as directors. Le Skunk is the current CEO of Privateer Allaince.

Good luck, BYDI. Your corp was the first wardec my corp ever experienced, some 12 months ago or something. You guys taught us a LOT about war and PvP as we seemed to be the only ISS corp who would try (heh, 'try' being the operative word there. We sucked) to hunt you. Nothing but respect for you guys.

While I havent had much experience with BYDI, "Something Burning" gave me a lot of unneeded courage in my megathron :)

Want to say thanks to Privateers, the last 5 months was awesome, and the last week was the most fun I've had in Eve. 220 wars were ftw.
Damn hard spinning down from that, wheres the 20+ wt's in local.

Only guys I know that could get a nun into a fist fight willingly.
Just get sarge a joint, ug a babysitter, the crew some alcohol and the 220 privateer wars will seem like a walk in the park for the rest of eve.
