Im wondering what im doing wrong i have probe launcer on a Buzzard and Discovery Survey Probe I in it when i launch it i have my ship at the senter of the moon then launch but i never get any resault em i doing anything wrong

You warp to the moon, then align to the moon so your ship points to it and fire the probe into that direction, right ?
Because if you fire the probe and miss the moon, you get no result. A small moon can be a bit difficult to hit, so you have to make sure that your ship really points towards it.

Yeh but some how the probe sems to go a bit up first and miss the moon toght maby it was supose to obit it or somthing maby try to aim abit below it to get it to go right in to it

don't know, but you have to stay on speed of course, because if you stop speed, the ship 'auto-levels' and you won't hit anymore.
Sorry, difficult to say, why it doesn't work for you.
I'd say practice with a bigger moon first. hehe. 
With a normal sized moon, it's enough to double click next to the center, wait for alignment and fire the probe. It should hit.
Since you can't double-click the center of the moon to align to it, with a small moon, it works good to double-click above the center once, wait for alignment, double click a bit below the center and fire while the ship still aligns to that point. Then you should hit right in the middle, no matter how small the moon is.
Then you have to stay in system and wait for the result. Docking, changing ships, leaving system and relogging cancels it of course. Else I don't know.

I thing i got it now at lest now im geting Probe did not find any material worth exploiting on ????? - Moon 1 is this relly resault i thing at lest now i just need to find the right moon

Yes, some moons will not have anything on them that you can moon mine.
