Complex Potential	Posted - 2007.05.06 17:29:00 - [1] I have been using a Brutix for solo pirating for a long while now and kinda got in a rut. I was happy with it, so didn't change, you know what I mean. Anyway, I recently picked up a Domi Webber and sold it for a fair bit of isk, so I thought 'What the hell?' and got a Myrmidon. I've since sold my Brutix and have not looked back. This ship is the complete picture. Speed, tank, DPS, NOS, lock time. Awesome. Has anyone else fallen in love lately? ;)

But then Kublai got jealous and bought herself a Thanatos, ofcourse by then my alt had picked up a tricked out sensor damp nano nos drone curse (all the *** stuff in one package, I love it!) and and....there's just so much loving to give! The great tank, dps, and speed of the Caracal can't be matched. When i was bored, sad, or even depressed, i'd take my officer fitted Caracal out of my hangar, fly it to Jita and engage in epic, however one-sided combat versus a Privateer Dominix. I have moved on to the Ferox and the Myrmidon, but i still wish CCP one day will add a State Issue Caracal to the game - the Cerberus is nothing but a cheap clone of the true Caracal.

I just love blinding a person completely with ECM using the rook or the scorpion..and the myrmidon is just such a versatile gank ship. The falcon would work probably a bit better for gang / fleet ops but I havnt tried it out as yet.

And then I decided to see how the Hurrricane flew with 3x falloff rigs... Giving it 1km more falloff than a vagabond with HAC 4... Yeah, its not as high damage, yes I actually fly without nos, I know... My setup is not optimal by the traditional sense of combat, but it flies exactly how I like it. Range, versaltility, a bit of speed and a healthy chunk of damage. True versatility, not this silly lack of focus (cough* typhoon *cough) that is called minmatar versatility. I love my wierd little rigged hurricane. It rules small skirmishes. ---- The name is Tal-ez, not Tay-uls.

It was my first PvP ship, and I still like using it (But now with t2 \o/) I find the amount of damage it can do to Frigates and Cruisers good for my tastes, plus it can help bringing down those nasty Passive tanked Drakes. The only thing I could think that might help this ship was one extra low slot, even if it was pulled from the high slots I would be quite happy. Could get my resists to +50% across the board and still fit my MAR2 and a 800 plate.
