Fitting:

Price : 6.5b ISK
It is in a high-sec system with a clear way - no low-sec systems, to a major trading hub.

It's not about good catches at all, it's about their price.
When you have a MS with enough expensive fittings, you need all the range you can get to deal with those pesky dictor bubbles - that and a lot of support ships. If anyone here understands this well, it would be you Nero Winger, considering the alliance you are in.

People who buy Motherships that they don't want destroyes seeing the only way to tackle them is with dictor bubbles and those have 17-20km range, so they need to be put at 10km or less from the MS. :)

Mothership / titan polities don't need a chelms smartbombs, 7.5km smarties work fine because the smart bomb range starts at the edge of the ship and bubbles only have a 10km radius so the 7.5kms hit them. So if the mom is within the bubble 7.5kms should hit.

Where to begin ...
1st of all it's a 10.5km range, there is a very rare 540dam/10.5km smartie but that is in the posession of Entity - was dropped by some Gallente general ages ago.
It is 10.5km !
2nd of all Warp Disrupt Probe has a range of 20km. Now, the diameter of a sphere is D = 2xR but hey, not all have taken basic math here.
I won't even mention that you need to get the center of the MS/Titan in the bubble to keep it there and those things are bloody huge.
3rd of all, keep your irony to yourself. I've never scammed in EVE so feel free and find a "victim".
4th, thanks for the free bump.
5th, how did you get into CONIN/MC again ?
They have a very strict recruiting policy yet you seem to have ... wondered in. I really hope you are not one of MC's present MS pilots or a future one.
