How long until CCP reimburses me?
I have all chat logs, evemail and forums posts are from eve forums.
He made excuses for over 30 minutes after I sent him the ISK
For the last 30 He has been in the convo window but NON responsive
By this time its blatantly obvious I have been scammed and he is in window just trying to Buy time for some reason

I have sent a petition in
What upsets me is I did EVERYTHING by the book
I made sure I used forums and evemail and ingame chatlogs.
And disgusting people like this still get away with this

I am sure he has some way of getting that ISK to his main thats completely untraceable
His noob char account will be banned but his main wil now have 5 Billion ISK
So for him it paid off
For me I may have to wait weeks for all my ISK back

To me it looks like he's trying to "launder" the 5bil through that other thread, buying the GTCs, then presumably is going to sell them through more alts until it's untraceable.
Or something. Dunno if that would even work.
But yeah, CCP'll give him a hit with the nerfstick, and you'll get your stuff back, don't worry

I'm sure they will be able to track everything including where the money is sent and which timecodes where bought.
but that kindda get messy....cause he could be buying the codes from friends...and is confusing the more I think about it....hope they are on it.

This is a blatant scam using alt characters and then trying to transfer the ISK to another alt. DO NOT GIVE HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT.

exploit petitions get handled faster, but if they already replied to your previous petition another one won't really make them work faster  , just be patient.
