Today after a very long stand off in U-q with stain and evolution forces on the one side, and The Defenders of Curse on the other, battle was commenced.
Evolution and stain withdrew from the battlefield, and CA's combined forces split in two.
One group pursuing the stainers to DSS, in stain, and The other group pursuing evolution into curse, holding up in Vol-mi, waiting for reckon in HLW.
Seeing the forces and their numbers, we waited for reinforcement, and when the time was right we jumped into HLW, warped to the VOL gate in HLW, and routed their forces.
We killed of 5 battleships at least.
DP Lip, Tempest
Shrike, Apoc
Prophet Guru, Tempest
Thrak, Megatron
Arcaine, Armegeddon.
We fought bravely, an Oracle member, Bastalus, going up against DP Lip's Tempest, allthough we lost a scorpion and a rifter, we won the day.

WAs a great fight, and pretty nerve wracking as being part of 6 or 7 people sneaking into HLW from behind, but the tatic worked well and we got the kills, props to evol for staying to fight.

a fleet of 10 battleships followed Stain down to DSS, there a battle was fought where neither side lost anything but frigates/cruisers. A few minutes after we had taken the station, Black Rose warped in on us and had her tempest destroyed.
Stain then all logged off and we headed home.
Funniest thing was that DP Lips clone was activated in DSS, the same time we were outside camping it. He logged off :)

Since I'm away from home and can't play I'm a bit confused...
Are m0o back in CA again, after their little fun killing CFS ships?
4) No member of the Curse Alliance shall endeavour to engage in the practices of piracy as defined by 'griefing'. This is defined as extortion of money, camping any spot for the definite purpose of destroying or attacking any vessel for no other reason than monetary or sheer mischief gains. Upon proven culpability of such piracy, the responsible parties shall be subject to SEVERE punishment and/or expulsion from the Curse Alliance. Furthermore, reparations for damages may be provided.
Or are you guys just friends, as in sharing the same teamspeak and fighting together ingame without being allied

Was a very nice victory indeed. First the combined force of Evol/SA was routed and forced to retreat without firing a shot. Then the gate attack against Evol.
Very well timed....very well executed. I am glad I was there to enjoy in the activites.

Well as for them to be allied should be simular to SA and EVOLUTION being allied
SirMolle has said that they are not allied with SA but they sometimes happen to fight at the same time and the same place togather against the same peaple.
But they are not allied
M Hoshi has said that EVOLUTION has no NAP¦s or ties with any other corps in EVE, they group peaple in two catagories, HOSTILES and NON-ENTITYS.
Funny thing is that is almost the same as pirates, they have HOSTLIES(peaple to kill wich are almost everyone) and NON-HOSTILES(wich are other corps that they have some sort of an arrangement with)
But still noone of them is allied to anyone

Actually Dalman I will answer this here as I cant seem to find the post asking about it before.
Cow/Moo are NOT part of the Curse Alliance. We have no treaties or NAP's or agreement with them. We have used a Sinister TS and forums up until this time because they were offered to us to use and we had been for some time. That is changing in the near future.
As for them being on the same TS, as I said, it is not a TS server run by us. We are guests like they are.
We have mutual enemies...the enemy of your enemy...

vegeta ... u got hit in dss , and lost bs and cruisers , u lot then ran from the fight which u clearly lost . Black rose btw as far as i know was an apoc and logged in fight so i havnt confirmed the kill unless u have the corpse.

Vegeta posted both sides lost frigates and cruisers but you were the only ones there that lost a tempest maybe while you were fleeing and mid docking you saw a omen go down and thought "Oh look stain are 1337 we took a apoc down"

Pirates dont fight wars, they fight to kill other peaple and after they get good kills in big fights they retreat before they loose ships.
As for Black rose to log in the fight, HOW LAME IS THAT Perhaps the UBER NEW tactic you guys have, would explane all the ships lost by your side.
Although I dont like EVOLUTION (hence my name) I do hope that they dont resort to such LAME tactics them selfs and admit defeat if they cant escape instead of logging off like some peaple I heard of

Well, you knew I had to make that post.
I knew what you were all going to answer.
Most of you already knew that my responce here would be that when I check m0o, c0w and Evolution against your (CA's) description of a pirate, I find it very hard to call Evol pirates, but very easy to call m0o and c0w pirates.
And I already know that it's going to be another 20 page thread about the words "CA" and "pirates" if I keep replying, so I won't do that.
And btw, I can't believe that I'm not playing a pirate myself, but I'm yet to kill an innocent

Actually we lost a couple of kestrels and a blackbird, in return we took out a blackbird at the gate where we jumped in to, although half of us arrived at a jip, so not so good.However at the station Black Rose lost a Tempest, i dunno if anyone got the corpse, but i know she died as im now using 2 of her 1400's
