I'm interested in getting an idea of what various people find are the market hubs by volume. Feel free to give any other information such as "armor hardners don't sell here" etc.
I'll start the list off with the most obvious four in my experience:
1) Jita (a LONG way in the lead)
2) Oursulaert
3) Rens
4) Amarr
Ideally I would like feedback on other hubs as well, such as Agil, Motsu, Orvolle etc.

From my experience:
Jita

Ourulaert, Rens
Amarr, Aunia, Tash-Murkon
Motsu, Gelfiven
But that is by overall market volume, not my sales volume. Jita is nice, but almost everything is camped, so I actually have higher sales in other systems and also for better price. Which is why I lately use Jita only for buying materials and occasionally selling surpluses.

It really does depend on the item being traded.
Right now I'm trading in a 3 jump span on about 5 items that net me about 50mil a week in a backwater system. Most everything else moves entirely to slow to make much of anything on minus these 5 items.
And because it's backwater, low volume area I have little to no competition. |

Hek is up and coming, but it is facing a real bottleneck. Only one station in that system has factories, So industrialists like myself make frequent trips to Eystur (1 jump) to get things built.
