I'm not sure if it's just me or something, but the social, spaceship command, or trade skills aren't showing up on ineve for me for the first character (pvp).

All fixed, Dunno what happened there..
Reserch Char now has all Astrnautic Rig BPO's in his hanger.. Aswell as a fully fitted Coveter Mining Barge..

I did not bid 3b, i made a buyout offer of 3B. My buyout cannot be considered a bid since your auction has no end time.

DO NOT PURCHASE CHARACTERS FROM THIS PERSON.
I sold Character 1 'DeathBunny II' and was banned by CCP because the person I sold it to paid for it with game time card scammed isk. I managed to get myself unbanned but was told by the GM's that the isk I had recieved from the buyer was all scammed, none of it was legit. If you don't want to be banned, do not buy ANY of these characters.

If thats true tho (and im not saying it isnt) how come he still has all the chars ?

Ive bought all these chars recently myself, ive never been involved in any scams.. Ive sold and bought around 20 chars this last month, these are all recent buys.
So please get your facts right before you flame my post.
