IĈve been wrongfully accused.
Just recently I joined a corporation ĉMASSĈ my first evening with them I saw a familiar name. I said hello, asked him if he remembered me from a different corporation. He said yes. I remembered him from a corp. called Hooded Mining Monks Industries, he apparently thought I was someone else.
Tonight, my second night heĈs telling me that he had a buddy back in beta with the character name of Elizar. And IĈm telling him that Elizar has always been my original character. I bought the boxed game from the store I created my first character and named it Elizar. I was also in the beta with the name Elizar. So then he starts accusing me of steeling his mates account. Then he said maybe I did buy it off him, and im playing sick jokes trying to impersonate him.
Now I had two beta accounts one was given to me from my old corporation which was XenoTek Corp. When CCP emailed me my own I then deleted Elizar from the xenotek beta account and created a new elizar on that one. when the game went live i created my final elizar that I own to this day.
To make a long story short he insist IĈm lying, and the next think I know IĈm booted from the corp (just before they let me know that I am officially a kill on sight target)
So this is great :-)
Here is a time line of my events, I implored them to check with a CCP representative that could tell them IĈm telling the truth with the game logs and what not, if a ccp member or volunteer is reading this, I implore you to please research and speak out on my behalf because this isn't right, it is in some ways a form of harassment. I have been wrongfully accused of identity theft.

left eve due to financial difficulties in October.
resumed my account on dec. 31st of 2003
While I doubt there is much CCP can do, and MASS will be to childish to apologies for their mistakes and haste im now stranded with 125isk to my name and a frigate, my cruiser was destroyed trying to fight for mass against the corporations of the CA.
I am now seeking out a corporation to join from the CA because it seems I was on the wrong side of the fight....I joined a malacious and childish corporation.
If any representatives of corporations belonging to the CA are interested in recruiting me, please contact me through this message.

Well since there have been so many spies in the game i doubt a CA corp would give you membership unless you can seriously prove your history being in a SA corp alliance and the situation that happened.

I didnt capture any of the chat logs, I was to shocked at the time to save them, and it wasnt in personal windows it was in corp window so it didnt save automatically...Would it make a difference? Somone will turn around and say the records are false. I have evemails that were sent to me by both the leader of mass ( i think he was the leader..dont really know since i was only in the corp two days) and the person who is accusing me of this.
The only hard evidence I can provide are records CCP would haveto access from their server.

To put it in a nutshell, Ive been soloing in this game for most of my time since i bought it..i took a three month break due to finances, i resumed the 31st..didnt feel like soloing anymore so i wanted to join a corp. I was ****ed on by this corp. so now im looking for one to take me in. I had no idea it would be this difficult to try and join an already established organization.

Dumb newbie question time.
This person says he new an Elizar during beta?
Wasn't there a player-wipe in between beta and general release?
Wouldn't that have annihilated the Elizar he knew?
Didn't it occur to him that maybe the guy he knew in beta just didn't stop in the game, and you happened on the same name some time afterwards?

Their were multiple p-wipes in beta. Sometimes every month. And ofc all was wiped between beta and retail, cept the bugs :)

I do think the beta player comment was refering to him only being able to amass one cruiser in over 6 months since retail launched, while others have gathered billions in average.

That would be because...
A.) I was in live game for about a month before leaving due to financial problems
B.)I was only with a corporation for a short time..other than that I've been working on my own..which is sort of boring.
To clear up any confusion, through all the p-wipes through beta etc..I have always managed to create a character under the name 'elizar'...why would I lie about somthing so trivial?
I've said it to the point of annoyance- have ccp check my records. Apparently even if you do quit for a period of time, your account is still saved (i.e. characters, money etc...)
P.S. if youd like to give me isk i wont say no

I dont know, never asked...After he found out I was the wrong person he assumed I were guilty of identity theft and then he blocked me, and then i was booted from the corp. and then i was kos.
I sent him an eve mail similiar to that of the first post i made in this thread imploring him to 'look before he lept' but he replyed 'stfu u noob'

I believe you personally but why are you even bothered? If a corp throws you out like that and people reply "stfu noob" to serious mails,I would take 2 seconds to think about it and join a decent corp with some decent people.

Sorry, I mis-read your original post. I caught the bit about you buying the box on release day one, but missed the bit about you also being Elizar during beta; hence I was thinking it might be a genuine case of mistaken identity.
If you thought I was questioning your honesty, then I apologise. Although, clearly given the story you describe, SOMEONE is telling porkies.

I was the person who kicked him from the corp and he is full of sh1t. The person he claimed to be was another main char, Elizar being the alt, yet he couldn't even answer which corp he was in first....Nuff said.

Ah, i forgot to mention the fact that the original main char was called Arkadi and then he claimed on our corp chat his second char was called "Arkadiay".....seriously if you're gonna lie, at least attempt to make it believable.

To clear up a few issues:
I don't own a battle ship because I don't have the time to commit that much time to the game to earn enough credits to buy one. Originally shortly after live I left due to not being able to pay a few bills... not that anyone needs to know, nor cares about...
When I got back into the game I saw most of the people I knew from Xenotek left and formed Hooded Monk Mining industries...so I joined them. Then I got bored with the game and left, AND NOW I returned to the game Dec. 31st IĈve pre paid for this month only via wester union (I figured IĈd see how it goes..seems IĈm in hell now)
TO CLEAR A FEW THINGS UP: I HAVE NEVER SOLD MY ACCOUNT ( Nephilim is under that impression because I specifically told him I was going to sell it...I put it on ebay, but nobody bought it for the price I set) IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THIS PERSON TO KNOW ANOTHER ELIZAR ASSUMING CCP DOES NOT ALLOW DOUBLE NAMES.
As I read through your posts, Lims I tend to remember another player from HMMI by the name of Arkadi or what ever...but that character was separate from Elizar...Maybe your mistaken? If you could maybe email this person if you know their email address and ask them what their alt is? I also did have an alternate character for about a week named arkadiay I wanted to start a corp with her, but failed.
I don't know what else I can do other than swear to god that IĈm not lying.
Also Lims Kragma, make no mistake..I am upset, but not angry- and am willing to extend the olive branch once you get past this confusion

Sorry I just re-read this.
I think I may have found the source of our conflict... I never claimecd to be 'arkadi' I did however claim to be elizar I was in HMMI with you I have a chat log from a gang we were in from HMMI (its very short but ill post it if you want)
We were never 'mates' but we did talk..I assumed you knew me when I said 'heey look a familier face LIMS!' the first day I was in corp. chat.
I have always had the name elizar from the day XenoTek gave me beta, and the day i bougth live version.
I've contacted CCP via e-mail and asked them to confirm for you that my account is linked to my credit card, it has never wavered, except this month when I am paying western union- however I have all the paper work from wester union if you'd like me to scan or fax it to you I will (that way you know for sure I am the same person as the credit card holder whos maintaind this account since day one WITH the character of Elizar)

He was broke give him a break for not playing constantly and getting a bigger ship. As for not remembering what corp he was in originally that is obvious.
The money to play the game was spent on Drugs. (D.A.R.E. Drugs Are Really Expensive) Numerous researchers have come to the conclusion that certain drugs cause memory loss. So you kicked him out of your corp cause he has a disability and you are currently discriminating against his right to f himself up.

Hate to say this but if you can afford only one cruiser since release. No spare (as you stated you are in a frigate). Which means you basically don't play at all.
Our small corp has amassed enough cash to afford a hangar full of BPs, 8 total BS (for 4 players), countless frigs and cruisers, thousands of various mods, level 3 agents, and 800mil spare as well as about 500mil in mega and zyd stores.
We all play semi-regualrly but all work full-time jobs so no all day everyday thing.
So I would have to agree and call BS on your story and if not then your not a very good player to have in a corp anyway.

Bite your tongue if you choose not to read the entire thread before posting. I explicitly stated that I knew this person in question from a previous corporation ĉHMMIĈ however, he believed my character to be an alternate of another character who was previously in another corporation with him...Which is impossible because I only knew him through HMMI...there fore he assumed I was lying.
As for my financial status I am (or rather was at the date) 30,000 United States Dollars in the negative, I owed to student loans. I am currently a student of Eastern Michigan University- I work a part time job and the supermarket. My car broke down beyond the point where it would be more cost effective to buy a new one, then to repair it. In order to have another loan for a car I was forced to cut my expenses down to the bare minimum, which meant no games, and no internet for the time being ( I was paying 39.99 for internet, and then eve charges. which isn't all that bad)
As for all of you packing 500 million credits with a ĉhangar full of battle shipsĈ good for you :-) Your enjoying the game the way it was intended to be, and IĈm happy youĈve found corporations that work together... I am back seeking for one just like yours- as when I first started I dedicated myself as a miner and cargo hauler for the corp. any money I made was immediately donated to the corp. bank for ĉthe causeĈ after that I never saw any monies again.
I hope you will all forgive me for not being up to your caliber :-S

For all those people saying that if you do not have 1 bil isk and 15 bs's in your hanger (i'm exagurating here) shut up, I've been playing since 2 weeks after retail and I joined a good corp 2 days after starting to play, and my wallet is empty.
Not everyone is a money hungry *****, some of us actually like to have fun. I've even started a new alt and formed a small corp with a couple of guys I met in the noob channel, we are small but the connections I have built up using this char is allowing us to expand, slowly. And we are having fun.
As an old corp mate says - IT'S ONLY A GAME GOD DAMN IT....
