How much? What Rigs? Where is ship to be picked up at?
I would not want to pay more than 750,000,000 without the rigs, 753,000,000 with them. This would be in Empire?

i think 1 billion is cheap enough, there are 3 cap rigs in it, they cost also 75 mio.. so the rattlesnake would go for 925 mio
