I thought this feature is useless but look, people are excited about it D:


There was a market update and the estimated values might be a bit iffy.

A character's Total Net Worth is a sum of the following:

- The total sum of the estimated market price of a character's assets. This includes any items that the player owns in Stations or Upwell Structures, items located in outstanding sell orders on the market or contracts, and those in a character's Asset Safety system.
- The total sum of all escrows in a character's currently outstanding buy orders on the market.
- The total sum of all escrows in a character's currently outstanding contracts.

Some assets are however not taken into consideration for a characterGÇÿs Total Net Worth:

- Blueprints do not count towards a characterGÇÿs Total Net Worth.
- Any skill books that have been injected do not count towards a characterGÇÿs Total Net Worth.
- Corporation assets do not count towards a characterGÇÿs Total Net Worth.

Are they factoring in SP value on the market?

Something is most definitely broken - and I am certainly trying to zero in on the problem.

Net Worth is something I've tracked for a long time - and this feature could have made it rather easier...

Yesterday a character with some ~107b Net Worth suddenly became 500+b 'richer'!

Would be nice if true.

Having had it before and becoming more convinced of what is happening - I currently believe that:

- BPCs in containers/hangers are not being counted (as designed)

- but BPCs in a can on contract are counted at full value (serious value) individually as BPOs


PS Just checked again - and yes, with no other changes than having the contract(s) accepted - that 500b has nearly gone (smaller contract remains).

Its been over a week and still I have 4 Billion in unaccounted assets. I recently sold a lot of my blue prints and BPCs in a contract sale and it didnt change, apart from the terms of the contract (about 30 million isk)

Any ideas of how I can get my hands on this mystery isk?

First time posting here, though I have learned a lot from the forum.

So yesterday I noticed my net worth jumped almost 4 Billion.

Naturally I got excited and started looking for the reason. The total net worth indicator says it is because of my assets, so I started looking through my assets in every station (using the assets tool). and nothing I saw was explaining this.

Is there any possible way a stranger (I dont know any other players) gave me something (I checked redeemable items).

Is there somewhere else I could look that wouldnt show up in the assets tool?

It probably is bug with the new net worth thing but Im not seeing anyone else mention this, and honestly I am hoping it is correct because all of a sudden I have big plans to rule the universe with this money
