Fair point! I disagree, however. I'd say we can muster a large capital ship (not a bigger one than they could, I was >not< bragging about the size of our capital fleet at all! I was just saying that I didn't understand why they didn't muster theirs, which is huge as well), but we also have very competent Fleet Commanders who know their stuff and don't mind risking the fleet if it's worth it. I know the Coallition has rosen to the occasion more than once during this war and that it hasn't gone exactly well but if they stop doing so all there's left for them is empty words and "bragging". Oh and BTW I >HATE< the Capital Ship Age and the concept of Supercapitals. That said, wasn't the Coallition the ones who started this war? What did they expect, a war waged upon old concepts such as BS fleet engagements? Sadly, for now, those days are gone and if you want to "go for it", capital ships is the name of the game. We're a military alliance and can't be arsed to mine fuel for more than one POS? Besides, we'll take Deklein back when we want and need it again. We've done the whole station ping pong thing and POS warfare before, it sucks, it's boring and we don't care bout it much to be honest. While the taking of IRON space may have been a bit anti-climatic, the road to get there has been both bumpy and intense. For the past few weeks Aftermath have filled MC TS nightly. They have flown in a support role, brought out capitals and done everything asked of them. Thier support of MC-led ops in Fade and Deklein has been outstanding. So, yes, they earned it.
