Transferral of RP is an intended feature of the research system in Castor, which was disabled only days before Castor was released due to serious exploitability.
The feature will come back in in some form as soon as I get the time to do it, and have taken care of any other items on my TODO list that need taking care of first due to some reason or other, and I've talked it over with some people to see how the best way to do this without making it exploitable.
That being said, I can't make any promises as to what date and such, and obviously there is always the chance that the feature gets stalled, killed or blown into some featuritis extravaganza on the way. It's future should become clear sometime in the next week or two.

Might as well plug this here since I'll be at work when you're in tomorrow.
The Research Project Management Skill, from what I remember, is also to be a feature of Castor. From what I understand, a slight misunderstanding lead one developer to belive naother was making it an agent mission reward, whilst the second thought the first was going to add it to the market.
Is this situation to be altered? With it becoming a reward soon, or added to the market? Or will a third possibility open? Like a research reward for hitting X amount of research points?
